Returns policy
Your FearID product is linked to you personally, and to your online profile via a unique User ID and PIN which is engraved onto your product, therefore we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items unless the item has a fault covered by the warranty.
Where there is a fault covered by the warranty, FearID will replace the item free of charge. FearID will only provide a refund if FearID are unable to repair or replace the item.
If you require any alterations to your jewellery, you agree that you are responsible for organising such adjustments by a jeweller, and FearID are not liable for any damage that is caused by a third party.
Please ensure you order the correct size. While we will offer to exchange any unregistered and unused item for an alternative size, additional postage costs will apply. Size exchanges are offered subject to availability and at our absolute discretion.
FearID warranty
FearID guarantee that your product will be made to the highest standards and will be delivered to you in pristine condition.
FearID provides a Warranty on all manufacturer defects from the dispatch date as follows:
- 3 months for beaded items
- 6 months for sports bands, activity bands and other products
The Warranty covers: defects in the material or workmanship of clasps, chains, straps or the readability of the product.
The Warranty does not cover: repairs made by anyone other than our FearID team; products damaged from everyday wear and tear; tarnishing of the product or the QR code or User ID and PIN details; scratching of the product, enamel, chain and attachments; damage resulting from misuse or accidental damage; exposure to lotions and creams; lost/misplaced products.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your FearID product, and within the warranty period, you can return the item to FearID for inspection, and we will either repair or replace it. Please email is at [email protected] prior to retuning any item.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.
